Elderly Care Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Specialist to join our team at Canford Healthcare Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care services to elderly residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident observations and progress.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Nurse on duty to address any changes or concerns.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and daily living skills.
  • Serve meals and assist residents as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in residential healthcare.
  • Qualifications in NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • A caring personality and excellent communication skills.
