Job Title: Client Relations Administrator

Resource Matters Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our consultants and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a bank of consultants and their clients, providing first-class customer service and administrative support.
  • Process transfers, top-ups, withdrawals, income, contributions, fund switches, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Understand and manage third-party provider platforms and processing times.
  • Manage your individual workload using our personal diary system to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Investigate and handle client and consultant queries.
  • Manage post related to new business cases.
  • Deal with client and provider queries over the phone and via email.
  • Understand our internal compliance procedures and the requirements of third-party providers.
  • Maintain client records on our back-office system.
  • Cover receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients, and dealing with third-party suppliers.
