Job Title: SPO Coordinator

VEA Telecoms Ltd is seeking a highly organized and communicative SPO Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end service provisioning process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Provisioning Coordination: Manage and oversee the provisioning of telecom services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery according to client requirements.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of service provisioning, addressing enquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
  • Order Management: Handle order processing from initiation through to completion, ensuring all details are accurate and updated in the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all provisioning activities, client communications, and service changes.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the service provisioning process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are provisioned to a high standard, adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on service provisioning status, including KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a telecommunications service provisioning or coordination role is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in telecommunications, IT, or a related field are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with telecom provisioning systems and related software.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
