About the Role
- Provide warm, empathetic, and respectful care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Monitor the delivery of care and contribute to person-centred care planning.
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other essential tasks.
Requirements
- A background in care with a good understanding of elderly care.
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a view to completing an NVQ 3.
- A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and ideally, a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
