Job Title: Maintenance Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team at Emcor UK. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:
  • This role involves providing general maintenance support to our customers, including routine planned maintenance tasks, such as pest proofing works, painting, unskilled carpentry work, and small plumbing works.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all relevant paperwork and sign-off is completed satisfactorily and to the expected standard.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to operate MEWP (Desirable), Forklift (Desirable), and Install and dismantle PASMA/Stair towers (training provided).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in building work would be an advantage
  • General awareness of Health & Safety regulation
  • Knowledge of permit to work system
  • Knowledge of associated building maintenance equipment and tools would be an advantage
