As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing exceptional candidates within the automotive industry. Perfect Placement Automotive Recruitment is committed to fostering a culture of high performance, where talented individuals can excel and achieve their full potential.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with opportunities for uncapped earnings potential after comprehensive training. Our compensation structure includes a basic salary, monthly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses, and assured earnings during the training period.

With our flexible working hours and hybrid model, you will have the perfect balance between work and life. Enjoy early finish Fridays, 24 days annual leave plus public holidays, and increasing time off with length of service.
