Job Overview
At Serve Talent, we are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Tester to play a critical part in testing world-class products. The successful candidate will ensure that products meet exacting engineering specifications and quality standards.

About the Role
In this role, you will test complex electronic systems, conduct fault finding, and manage test operations through our ERP system. You will also execute customer witness Factory Acceptance Tests and record time accurately against cost codes.

Key Responsibilities
* Test complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
* Conduct fault finding and recommend corrective actions as necessary
* Manage test operations through the company's ERP system
* Execute customer witness Factory Acceptance Tests
* Record time accurately against cost codes as per work instructions from the Team Leader

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an apprenticeship in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering, with a minimum of NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 qualification. You should also have experience in a similar testing role and be competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring schedules, and circuit diagrams.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
You will work within the Test Team and interact with other departments, including Mechanical Fitters, Wire Team, and Engineering. You will operate in a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
