Job Overview
As an HR Operations Manager at Ingram Micro, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operational leaders and their teams. Based at our Norwich site, you'll work closely with the UK HR Manager and the wider EMEA HR team to drive employee engagement and talent management.

Your key responsibilities will include partnering with managers to address employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to UK employment law and internal policies, and collaborating with leaders to refine workplace strategies. You'll also assist in implementing organisational changes, such as restructuring and new business initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition and employee buy-in.

Key Requirements
We're looking for someone with a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. A Full CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) or similar qualification in Human Resources is essential, along with previous experience in a generalist HR role and a proven ability to operate strategically and partner with business leaders. Good knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is also required.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, job requirements, and level of experience.
