Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.
About the Role
You will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care when on duty, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations. Your passion for people means you will go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents.
About You
A background in care is essential, and you should have a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a view to completing an NVQ 3. You will also need a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. Dedicated and compassionate, your passion for people means you will go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents.

Requirements
- Able to travel across the area, either by car or public transport
- Good understanding of elderly care and the wider healthcare industry

- GCSE English and Maths (C or above)
Earnings Estimate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
