Home Care Coordination Specialist

About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Norwich and will be required to have a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage home care services to meet client needs
- Develop strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain CQC standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role
