A Senior Residential Care Role
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This challenging and rewarding role involves leading a team of care staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in a residential care setting. Key responsibilities include training, supervising, and delegating duties to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a residential care setting, a strong leadership presence, and excellent decision-making skills to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents.
We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, committed to delivering individualised care, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. A minimum NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with proven team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and ordering medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments
- Liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members
