Job Overview

The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, which reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required. Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of carers to deliver person-centred care and support to residents
  2. Administer and order medication, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments
  3. Liaise with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members
