We are seeking an experienced Care Worker Recruiter to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing care workers to provide high-quality care services to our clients.
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Norwich and will be required to have a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage care workers to meet service user needs
- Develop strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
- Maintain CQC standards and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role
