Lead Nighttime Healthcare Assistant

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Senior Carer to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your role will involve supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing person-centred care to our residents
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management and assessments
• Help to create a safe and supportive living environment for our residents
Requirements
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Clinical knowledge of elderly care
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
£34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
