About the Job

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a Facilities Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance support as part of a multi-disciplined team.

Your key responsibilities will include routine planned maintenance tasks, operating MEWPs and forklifts (desirable), installing and dismantling PASMA/stair towers (training provided), and ensuring that all relevant paperwork and sign-offs are completed satisfactorily.

You will also be responsible for the care and proper use of building maintenance equipment and tools, and ensuring that spares and materials are used in a cost-effective manner.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 20 days' holiday, company pension, and company sick pay.
