At Aspirations Care Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Hinckley.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism to live happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.

Your day will be filled with fun activities, social engagement, and providing one-to-one support to our service users.

You will take our people out on adventures, assist with daily tasks, and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working with challenging behaviours and mental health, and be passionate about promoting people's independence.

At Aspirations Care Ltd, we provide personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults who need our help most.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as:

  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence.

All in all, enabling our people to live their best lives
