Recovery Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of Recovery Support Workers in our Mental Health supported accommodation service in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

About the Role

As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in a community, residential, or inpatient setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred support, empowering our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with mental health needs in a community, residential, or inpatient setting
  • Work collaboratively with service users, their support circles, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding
