Join Our Team as a Mental Health Recovery Practitioner

We are seeking a proactive and person-centred mental health recovery practitioner with leadership and management skills to set up and manage a new-build mental health supported living service in Hinckley.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a recovery-focused service that meets the needs of individuals with mental health support needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health support workers to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Work closely with commissioners, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure the service meets the needs of the local community.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote best practice in mental health care.
