Care Case Coordinator and Advocate for Children's Welfare

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is a leading provider of social work services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Case Coordinator and Advocate for Children's Welfare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex care cases, ensuring the welfare and best interests of children at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage care cases from initial hearings to resolutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, external agencies, and families involved in care proceedings.
- Advocate on behalf of children in court, working closely with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Recognized qualification in Social Work and active registration.
- Substantial experience working within a Court Team or similar setting, managing complex cases and developing effective relationships.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding.
This is a home-based role with occasional office and fieldwork, offering flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package. Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
