We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Welham Green. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate documentation of vehicle issues, and utilizing your mechanical knowledge to assess problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Strong upselling skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of additional services or products
  • Solid mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
