Education Facilitator Role">

We are looking for an experienced Education Facilitator to join our team. As an Education Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their academic goals.

This is a full-time, term-time only position working 8.30am Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will support young people with SEND who are on the Employability programmes within the Learner with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities (LLDD) department.

You will also be assessing and monitoring students' progress and supporting students to plan and achieve their learning outcomes and targets.

The salary for this role is £20,203 per annum, adjusted for the term-time hours.

We are looking for someone with significant experience of working with young people with SEND in a teaching or training environment.
