Design and Technology Educator

Role Overview:

Schools Mutual Services is seeking a qualified Design and Technology educator to join our team in a secondary school in Oxford. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to implement and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum for students.

This role involves teaching students according to their educational needs, setting and marking differentiated work. You will also assess, record, and report on student attendance, progress, and attainment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Design and Technology education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To fulfill the Professional Standards for Teachers, implementing and delivering a broad and balanced curriculum for students.
  • To monitor and support student progress and development, including personal growth.
  • To facilitate a learning experience that allows students to achieve their individual potential.
  • To contribute to raising standards of student progress and attainment.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is £31,650 - £40,000 per year.
