**About the Role:** Learning Facilitator - Oxford

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Facilitator in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for students, while also supporting teachers and parents in meeting the individual needs of each child.

We offer a competitive salary of £90 per hour (based on experience), with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to meet the needs of students with varying abilities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement
  • Participate in regular training and professional development sessions

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
