About the Role

Supporting Young People with SEND

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our Learner with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities (LLDD) department.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working with young people with SEND in a teaching or training environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student.

Key Aspects of the Role
  1. Assessing and monitoring students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted interventions.
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
