Perioperative Learning Facilitator

We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are seeking an experienced Perioperative Learning Facilitator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective learning environments for all individuals seeking knowledge and experience in perioperative practice.
  • Collaborate with theatre sisters, team leaders, and matron to support staff development and ensure that all staff have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Act as a role model and clinical expert to colleagues, guiding practice and assessing competence to ensure that all staff are competent and capable practitioners.

Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
