Education Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting students with learning difficulties? Do you have a caring and compassionate nature? We are seeking an Education Specialist to join our team at a specialist school in Oxford.

The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that learners achieve their full potential. You will provide support with academic and personal goals, while also contributing to a positive classroom environment. Your expertise will help create tailored plans to address individual needs and facilitate progress.

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in education, preferably with a focus on special needs. A calm and adaptable demeanor is essential, as you will work with students who may require extra support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Salary and Benefits: £85-90 per day, part-time or full-time options available, term-time only. Excellent training opportunities.
