We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Drama Educator to join our team in an Ofsted-rated 'Good' School in Oxford. As a Drama Educator, you will be part of a faculty of highly experienced specialist teachers who share a passion for developing and improving teaching standards.

The successful candidate will teach Drama to KS3/4 with the possibility of KS5 on a part-time or full-time basis, starting in Easter. Our school is committed to raising academic standards and attainment across an academic curriculum for the community we serve.

Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant subject, PGCE or QTS, and experience working as a Drama Teacher in a Secondary School. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary paid to scale on a permanent contract, MPS/UPS. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching skills and become an outstanding Drama Educator in a supportive and friendly environment.
