Transformation Unit Clinical Educator

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a SACT Senior Clinical Educator. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for supporting the inpatient Oncology/Haematology Wards and the Day Treatment Units in the training and maintenance of SACT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality education programs that facilitate the acquisition of necessary skills, knowledge, and competency in Haematology, Oncology, and associated SACT.
- Provide clinical support on all units where SACT is administered, ensuring the delivery of patient-focused, evidence-based care.
- Supervise and manage clinical educators to promote effective working across the education team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of NMC/HCPC revalidation.
- Evidence of specialist knowledge appropriate to the clinical area or practice development and education.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating programs of education.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £43,712 - £62,165 per annum, depending on experience.
