Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a SACT Senior Clinical Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the inpatient Oncology/Haematology Wards and the Day Treatment Units in the training and maintenance of SACT skills, ensuring the delivery of patient-focused, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the inpatient Oncology/Haematology Wards and the Day Treatment Units in the training and maintenance of SACT skills.
  • Supervise and manage clinical educators to promote effective working across the education team.
  • Work collaboratively with the education team to design and maintain education programs/training that facilitates acquisition of necessary skills, knowledge, and competency in Haematology, Oncology, and associated SACT.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of NMC/HCPC revalidation.
  • Ability to work effectively with the education team to promote effective working across the education team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £43,712 - £62,165 per annum, depending on experience.
