Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional with an ambitious streak to lead our go-to-market strategies for new product launches. As a Technical Product Sales Director, you will develop and execute plans that drive growth and revenue in Central Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a technical environment, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of £80,000 plus commission, offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of technological developments alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.

Responsibilities:
  1. Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, driving growth and revenue in Central Hertfordshire.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
  3. Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Sales Team Training and Support: Train and support sales teams on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of go-to-market initiatives.
