We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team in Watford, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role.
