Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our sales team at Group 1 Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales executives.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Director will work closely with sales executives to achieve targets, develop sales strategies, and identify opportunities to increase profitability through upselling finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a focus on customer experience and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines and achieving targets, supported by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • An estimated annual salary of £72,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, assuming a gross income of £72,500 divided by 52 weeks and then divided by 40 hours.
