Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

About the Role:

H & C Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and delivering exceptional events experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage events: Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and meetings to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team: Supervise and motivate a team of sales and events professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional events experiences.
  • Build relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets: Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of events.
  • Monitor and report: Track sales performance and event metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional events experiences.
  • Sales experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Event management experience: Minimum 2 years of event management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Organizational skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
