Job Overview

The Casual Child Residential Support Worker will work on a rotational basis, covering various shifts, including sleep-ins, to ensure the well-being and safety of our young people.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our young people are met
  • Developing positive relationships with our young people and colleagues
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of our care plans

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Residential Childcare Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car
