Care Management Specialist

An excellent opportunity exists for a skilled Care Management Specialist to lead our residential service for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a member of the SCR team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional residential services, focusing on the needs of individual young people and their families.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, including staff training and development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience in managing residential services for young people, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range for a senior leadership position in the care sector.
