We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Richmond Villages Witney Care Home. As a key member of our clinical management team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
About the Position:
- You will be responsible for assessing and developing individualised care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
- You will provide coaching and guidance to colleagues and other care professionals, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
- You will maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Salary and Benefits:
