About the Job:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a Bank basis, providing cover as needed for annual leave or sick leave. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you'll be working in various care homes across the country.
You'll be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs, making critical clinical decisions, and developing tailored care plans.
In this rewarding role, you'll have the autonomy to do things right and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll need current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is also essential.
