Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our brand-new EBD home. As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes for children
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and quality
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in children's residential care, including 2+ years in leadership
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce + Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare Leadership
