Safety Specialist Wanted

As a seasoned health and safety professional, you will support the Estates Director in reviewing existing services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting regular health and safety audits.

About Your Skills:
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in care home settings or regulated healthcare environments;
  • A recognized qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH, and membership of a professional body;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
