Healthcare Manager Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a care team, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to provide exceptional care. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that address the physical, emotional and social needs of residents.
- Administering and recording medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to patient safety, conducting regular audits and reviews.
- Providing guidance and support to care team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
