Care Home Kitchen Assistant

As a Bank Kitchen Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for helping to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. This includes producing high-quality meals and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. You'll also be working closely with colleagues to ensure that our residents receive the best possible service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the production of meals and snacks for residents
  2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  3. Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills. You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, as well as being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While formal qualifications aren't necessary, any relevant experience or training would be beneficial.
