Business Development Assistant

Job Description:
Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd seeks a Business Development Assistant to support the company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in social media and digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Main Duties:
- Assist in coordinating marketing events, including internal briefs, third-party coordination, invitations, and event setup/takedown.
- Help execute a social media strategy by creating engaging campaigns and collecting content from team members.
- Monitor marketing invoices and collaborate with the Marketing Manager for effective budget management.
- Maintain marketing compliance logs and ensure accuracy of the agency website.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A valid driving license and access to own transport.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
