We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our team. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are accurately booked on, meeting our clients' staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: You will be responsible for clearing screens quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant data is processed to the highest standard.
  • Monitoring and Communication: You will actively monitor live screens, ensuring the correct allocation of control room staff, and communicate effectively with your team, Team Leaders, and senior managers across the business.
  • Process Management and Adaptability: In this role, you will handle a variety of processes tailored to different clients. Your flexibility and ability to adapt will be crucial as you juggle multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
  • IT Proficiency: You will utilise our company-wide systems to manage and track shifts, bookings, and other essential data. Strong IT skills are essential, as you will need to enter and manage data accurately within the system.
  • Time Management and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are critical. You will need to arrive on time for each shift, ready to start work promptly, and manage your time effectively to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Strong IT Skills: You should be comfortable using various systems and software, with a quick ability to learn and navigate new tools.
  • Exceptional Communication: You will need to be clear and professional in both verbal and written communication, especially when interacting with senior managers.
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team: While you will often work independently to complete tasks, collaboration and following instructions are equally important.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability is essential in this fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
