Are you a motivated leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring operational excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our National Operations Centre in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Operational Efficiency: Assist the Control Shift Manager in ensuring all control room tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Motivate & Lead the Team: Foster a positive and supportive environment where team morale remains high.
  • Proactive Task Management: Anticipate upcoming vacant shifts and ensure they are promptly assigned to the appropriate control room staff.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain open and engaging lines of communication with the team, Control Shift Manager, and other senior managers.
  • Adapt & Prioritise: In a fast-paced environment, flexibility is key.

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional in all interactions.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy and quality are essential.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be ready to shift priorities as the situation demands.
  • Team Player: Collaboration is essential.
