Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, Northampton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
- Flexible working with the option to work 40 hours across 5 days or 40 hours across 4 days
