Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team at Croudace Homes Limited. As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function in developing individual branding concepts, producing marketing proposals, and monitoring our online presence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our new developments and brand
  • Producing high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates
  • Monitoring and analyzing our online presence, including social media and website analytics
  • Assisting in the growth of our social media presence and engaging with our online community
  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to degree level in a related discipline and experience in a marketing-related role within the new homes industry
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, alone, and with people of varying levels of seniority
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of social media and analytics
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
  • Some knowledge of the construction, house building, or property sectors would be an advantage
  • Full, clean driving license
