Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function, developing individual branding concepts through to onsite installation of new developments.

You will be responsible for producing marketing proposals, creating brochure content, and monitoring the company website and external portals to ensure our online presence is aligned to the Croudace brand.

Additionally, you will assist in growing our social media presence and work closely with the marketing team to achieve our marketing objectives.

About You
  • You will have a degree in a related discipline and experience in a marketing-related role within the new homes industry.
  • You will possess excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to work as part of a team, alone, and with people of varying levels of seniority.
  • You will have meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of social media and analytics.
  • You will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
  • You will have some knowledge of the construction, house building, or property sectors, which would be beneficial.
  • You will hold a full, clean driving license.
