Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function, developing individual branding concepts through to onsite installation of new developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Croudace Homes Limited's brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to ensure our online presence is aligned to the Croudace brand.
  • Assist in growing our social media presence.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a degree in a related discipline and experience in a marketing-related role within the new homes industry. You should have excellent communication and copywriting skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and alone with people of varying levels of seniority.

You should also have a thorough understanding of social media and analytics, as well as good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
