About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of Cargo Agents, ensuring high-quality cargo and mail movement according to agreed SLAs and carrier agreements. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and directing your team to meet operational requirements. Your focus on efficient planning, effective resource allocation, and minimizing unnecessary expenses will help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct a team of Cargo Agents to ensure sufficient staffing levels and minimize overtime and sickness absence.
- Develop strong relationships with warehouse and external contractors to guarantee smooth airline services.
- Provide in-depth training for local operational requirements to enhance team performance.
- Oversee and maintain adherence to company and airline procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving results-oriented work environments.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in implementing operational processes and controls to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum.
