Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Roster Manager to join our team at easyJet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing rosters from the day of operation to three days out using the AIMS system. You will work closely with crew across the network, base teams, and other ICC teams to ensure On Time Performance and safety are maintained.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. You will need to make informed decisions to resolve business issues in ambiguous circumstances and under tight deadlines. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, ideally in Airline Operations within Crewing, Operations, or a Cabin Crew role.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes, 5% pension, Life Assurance, Flexible benefits package, and Excellent staff travel benefits.
